The health of our brain is closely related to the quality of our diet. Foods rich in essential minerals, vitamins and nutrients are naturally beneficial for our brain.












However, it is very important to identify foods that may not be friendly to our mental health.

Our brains are designed to perform at their peak when we eat nutritious foods. Conversely, unhealthy or nutritionally deficient diets can lead to cognitive decline and potentially contribute to long-term health problems such as dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
