How to Apply for UP Gopalak Yojana 2023?

1. Applicants should visit their nearest Veterinary Officer to obtain the application form.

2. After receiving the application form, applicants have to fill all the required information.

3. Once all the information is filled, applicants should attach their documents with the application form.

4. After that, the application form should be submitted to the veterinary officer.

5. The application form will then be sent to the district level “Pishu Chikatsa Adhikari” (Veterinary Officer) for further processing.

6. A selection committee, including Chief Development Officer (CDO), Chief Veterinary Officer (CVO), and Nodal Officer, will review the application.

7. After review by the committee, the applicant can avail the scheme if selected.
